JACKSON COUNTY FAIR GROUNDS - CIVIC CENTER VIP NIGHT: FRIDAY, JUNE 1, 2007 7:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. SHOW DATES: SATURDAY, JUNE 2, 2007 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. SUNDAY, JUNE 3, 2007 1:00 - 5:00 P.M. FEES AND DEPOSITS HBA MEMBER One Booth (10 x 10) $275.00 Outside Pavilion (25 x 65) $275.00 Stage $1,300.00 FURNISHINGS A furnished booth includes a 6' skirted table and 2 chairs, side and back curtains, 1 electrical distributer and sign. UTILITIES Electricity - All additional connections must be made through Gulf Coast Event Service. Water - Water is available at no extra charge. DEPOSITS A $50.00 deposit is required for the first booth, plus $50.00 for each additional booth. Deposits are required at time of booth(s) rental, no booths will be held without deposit(s). If cancellation of booth is received in writing by May 15, 2007, deposit will be refunded. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We will make every effort to give you the booth you requested but reserve the right to make necessary changes. No subleasing will be allowed. All funds for booth rentals are due by May 15, 2007, no exceptions. Booths not paid for by this date will be considered open and the deposit (if any) will not be refunded.
